Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your GTB AI premium subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans on their first billing cycle.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Select 'Billing & Subscription' as the subject.
  • Include your account email address and a brief description of your request.
  • Our team will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

3. Subscription Renewals

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the 7-day initial guarantee period has passed. If you wish to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges, you may do so at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

4. Annual Plan Cancellations

If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day guarantee period, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your annual billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months on annual plans after the guarantee window has closed.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for accounts found to have violated our Terms and Conditions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals where a cancellation reminder was sent and not acted upon.
  • In cases of technical issues preventing access to the Service, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued regardless of the guarantee period.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Stripe, our payment processor, handles all refund transactions.
