• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status — never your card details.
• Contact submissions: name, email, subject, and message when you use the Contact Us form.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the GTB AI lesson generation service.
• To save your lesson history so you can revisit and reprint past lessons.
• To manage your subscription and process payments through Stripe.
• To respond to your support enquiries through our AI-powered contact system.
• To send you important service updates and account notifications (no marketing emails without your consent).

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: processes all payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Manus OAuth: handles authentication. Your login is managed through the Manus platform.
• AI Language Model: lesson content is generated using an AI model. Your curriculum selections (grade, subject, strand, skill) are sent to the model to generate lessons. No personally identifiable information is included in AI prompts.

5. Cookies and Session Data

GTB AI uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the Service to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and lesson history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and lesson history will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting compliance.
